3. Accuracy & Professional Liability

• Conversion outputs inherently vary depending on the mathematical geodetic model applied (e.g., WGS84 vs NAD83 standard vs NAD83 HARN).
• The outputs of this platform do not substitute for certified land boundary surveys conducted by a licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS).
