2. Free Access & API Usage

All web interface tools are provided free of charge without paywalls. If utilizing any batch endpoints, you agree to fair use limits to ensure stability for all global users.

3. Accuracy & Professional Liability

Conversion outputs inherently vary depending on the mathematical geodetic model applied (e.g., WGS84 vs NAD83 standard vs NAD83 HARN).
The outputs of this platform do not substitute for certified land boundary surveys conducted by a licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS).
